Ice Fishing: A Food Story

On Family Day (February 19, 2024), the Calgary Chef's Association hosted an Ice Fishing event on the Chain Lakes. Several chef instructors from the SAIT Culinary Arts program attended. 5 fish were caught, and a lot of fun was had.
